The following Terms and Conditions apply:
1. The retainer is nonrefundable in the event the Client cancels or changes the engagement.
2. If Lashes and Lullabies, LLC fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the retainer shall be refunded to the Client.
3. If Lashes and Lullabies, LLC voluntarily reschedules the session date due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. illness, death, unavoidable weather events), and the client also agrees, the retainer remains non-refundable but transferrable.
4. Please arrive on time. A specified time is given for each session. Arriving late may mean your session will be shorter, Arrival time instructions will be provided prior to your session. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late than their scheduled start time without contacting Lashes and Lullabies, LLC prior to scheduled session time forfeit their spot and therefore forfeit their retainer.
5. Digital High Resolution images from the session will be provided within 28 days of the session.
6. Lashes and Lullabies, LLC retains copyright to any and all photographs, and hereby grants the Client private printing rights for personal use only.
7. At such time that Lashes and Lullabies, LLC provides the Client with a digital gallery to download images, Lashes and Lullabies, LLC 's contractual obligation is fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and reshoots will be at the discretion of Lashes and Lullabies, LLC .
8. Client understands and acknowledges that post-session sneak peeks posted to any social media outlet are a courtesy. They are not to be re-edited. Client may opt to not have sneak peeks posted to social media, and must make Lashes and Lullabies, LLC aware of this prior to the end of the session.
9. COVID cleaning and sanitation will be in place to ensure everyone's safety. Client assumes any and all risks and agrees not to hold photographer responsible for any exposure to any illness.
By signing/ authorizing / purchasing this Portrait Session Agreement the Client is certifying that he/she has had an opportunity to review the Agreement and understands and agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein.
